This is ensured through valuable collaborations with prominent institutions such as the Universities of Milan and Padua, as well as the agronomic study group SATA. Among the various monitoring tools adopted is participation in the ItaCa<\/b> project, which allows for objective monitoring of the carbon footprint of production and the identification of areas for improvement. Another fundamental aspect of sustainable viticulture is soil care, and in this regard, Castello Bonomi participates in the BioPass<\/b> project, which assesses the biodiversity of flora and fauna present in the vineyards. <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
