class=\"title-btab\">In the Vineyard<\/span><\/p><p>Due to its geographical location, Castello Bonomi is one of the first wineries to carry out the harvest, strictly by hand and using small crates. The 2016 vintage experienced a cool spring with good rainfall in the months of May and June, ensuring excellent plant hydration. Through meticulous cultivation practices aimed at preserving the health of each vine, the winery achieved an outstanding standard of quality.
