Our cuisine is based 80% on seasonal ingredients, so the territory is very important for us. Our fish comes from Caorle and Chioggia, our meat from a little farm in Mareno di Piave, and our vegetables from small farms very close to our restaurant. So, everything is local and sustainable.

It brings to mind a delightful discovery made many years ago. Enchanted by its aromas, we were among the first to propose it and believe in the product. I would say that today, Castello Bonomi has become a certainty for us, synonymous with quality and continuous improvement.
