FRANCIACORTA Brut Cuvée 22
FRANCIACORTA CruPerdu Brut Millesimato
CruPerdu Brut Millesimato is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes harvested in the same vintage. The meticulous grape selection takes place throughout the first half of August.
FRANCIACORTA CruPerdu Extra Brut Grande Annata 2016
Due to its geographical location, Castello Bonomi is one of the first wineries to carry out the harvest strictly by hand and using only small crates. The 2016 vintage experienced a cool spring with good rainfall in the months of May and June, ensuring excellent plant hydration. Through meticulous cultivation practices aimed at preserving the health of each vine, the winery achieved an outstanding standard of quality. Compared to other vintages, the harvest proceeded at a slower pace, the ideal condition for the perfect ripening of each plant.
FRANCIACORTA Satèn Millesimato
Blanc de Blancs by Castello Bonomi, our Franciacorta Satèn is a single-varietal Chardonnay wine.
FRANCIACORTA Dosage Zéro Millesimato
Dosage Zéro by Castello Bonomi is the result of a careful blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero in equal proportions.
FRANCIACORTA Cuvée 1564 Brut Nature Millesimato
Cuvée 1564 Brut Nature Millesimato is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Nero, and 10% Erbamat. The unique microclimate and the presence of vineyards located on the highest part of Monte Orfano ensure excellent quality during harvest, despite the limited quantity of Erbamat grapes produced.
FRANCIACORTA Rosé Brut Millesimato
The splendid vineyards of Castello Bonomi agricultural estate span 32 hectares in a precious little paradise in the southernmost area of Franciacorta. The Pinot Nero harvest takes place from August 15th to August 20th, with meticulous selection of the grape bunches before pressing.
Lucrezia Etichetta Nera Extra Brut Riserva 2009
An exclusive Franciacorta made from Pinot Noir grapes. The cuvée is produced only in exceptional vintages when the maturity of the grapes reaches a balance that ensures longevity and perfect harmony.
Lucrezia Etichetta Bianca Extra Brut Riserva 2009
Franciacorta Riserva Lucrezia Etichetta Bianca Castello Bonomi is derived from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, selected from vineyards over 30 years old, located on terraces at the slopes of Monte Orfano. These vineyards boast predominantly limestone soil, which imparts great longevity to the fruit. The yields per hectare are extremely low, ensuring optimal ripening and a high aromatic concentration. The harvest is early to guarantee a balance between acids and sugars.
Lucrezia Rosé Extra Brut Riserva 2011
The vineyards of Castello Bonomi, situated 275 meters above sea level, span a small paradise in the southernmost area of Franciacorta. Here, an exclusively excellent Franciacorta Rosé is born, obtained 100% from Pinot Noir grapes. The high quality of these clusters is fully revealed in the absolute elegance and purity of the Lucrezia Riserva Franciacorta Rosé.
IGP Sebino Conte Foscari
The harvest takes place in the last days of October. The yield per hectare is 48 hectoliters, with a planting density of 6500 vines per hectare. Conte Foscari is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Petit Verdot grapes.
IGP Sebino Cordelio
Cordelio is born from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Petit Verdot grapes. The harvest takes place in the last days of October. The yield per hectare is 30 hectoliters, with a planting density of 6500 vines per hectare.
