We deeply believe in the value of our land. That’s why our wine list focuses mainly on labels from Northern Italy — a true expression of our roots. With the opening of Timon Vini in 2021, we wanted to create a place where guests can explore our selection at their own pace, letting inspiration guide them. We personally curate every bottle, combining established producers with emerging talents, to offer an honest and engaging wine experience — just like the soul of Venice itself.
