In the Cellar
Maceration occurs in contact with the skins. After alcoholic fermentation, which takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, the four wines are blended. The maturation takes place in small oak barrels of 2nd and 3rd passage for 12 months. It is then followed by bottle aging.

Tasting Notes
The color of this wine is a fascinating deep red with violet reflections. Conte Foscari expresses aromas of red fruits, cherry, blackberry, and plum with hints of undergrowth. It is juicy, full-bodied, and slightly vinous. Conte Foscari is a complex Sebino wine with pleasant herbaceous notes due to the significant presence of Cabernet.
Enjoyable when young, it is capable of long aging with incredibly positive development.

Plus
An aristocratic still wine, enjoyable when young, but capable of surprising evolution. Once again, Castello Bonomi’s longevity is emphasized. The wine is ready to be consumed and, if properly stored, it can age for a medium to long period (5-10 years).
