Tasting Notes
Cordelio is a wine with an intense red color and extraordinary garnet reflections of exceptional intensity. The initial aroma is intense, almost explosive, with contrasting notes of ripe fruit. Intense and aromatic spice aromas follow.
The flavor is original, full, and dry. It exhibits a rare balance where acidity and tannins are equivalent, creating a perfect amalgamation. The elegance and incredibly fine and rounded tannins envelop the palate, providing a delicate sensation. There is a great final aromatic persistence.

Plus
Cordelio is a wine of great stature; a harmonious and powerful blend, a structured and smooth wine with extreme roundness. Cordelio is ready to be enjoyed, but over time, it can bring even greater satisfaction, and therefore, it can be stored for a medium to long period (5/10 years) to appreciate its evolution.
