In the Vineyard
The vineyards of Castello Bonomi, situated 275 meters above sea level, span a small paradise in the southernmost area of Franciacorta. Here, an exclusively excellent Franciacorta Rosé is born, obtained 100% from Pinot Noir grapes. The high quality of these clusters is fully revealed in the absolute elegance and purity of the Lucrezia Riserva Franciacorta Rosé.

In the Cellar
Through the skillful vinification methods and the over thirty years of experience of Chef de Cave Luigi Bersini, a Lucrezia Rosé Riserva has rested for over 130 months on the lees, allowing it to express its full body and refinement. The additional 12 months of bottle aging complete the wine’s balance.

Tasting Notes
The color of the wine is a deep pink, lending it a seductive charm. Elegantly orange reflections and brilliant shades are characteristic. The foam is abundant and exuberant, with a very fine, persistent, and delicate perlage. The delicate and fresh bouquet offers hints of dog rose, wild berries, and sweet citrus notes. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant. The taste is rich and mineral, appropriately tannic, characterized by delicate spice notes.

Food Pairings
The achievement of perfect phenolic ripeness of Pinot Noir grapes gives the wine the right balance between delicacy and vigor, making it extremely versatile and able to satisfy the most specific demands. The undisputed protagonist of this wine, Pinot Noir, provides the right intensity that makes it suitable for special occasions. Thanks to its elegant structure, it masterfully accompanies meat-based dishes such as duck or white meats, as well as the typical local dish: beef with oil. It also pairs well with sophisticated fish recipes such as shellfish, smoked salmon, and perch.
