IGP Sebino Solicano
In the Vineyard
Our IGP Sebino is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
IGP Sebino Solicano
In the Cellar
Solicano is obtained through a light cold maceration with the skins for 12 hours, followed by gentle pressing to extract only the free-run juice. The fermentation takes place at a temperature of about 14/16°C, partly in steel and partly in wood, with aging on the fine lees for 12 months. The wine then matures in the bottle for 6 months before being released.

Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, complex aroma featuring ripe fruit, jam, and hazelnut; full-bodied, diverse, and well-integrated. On the palate, it reveals its surprising character: a rich, dense, and persistent taste, with distinct notes of ripe fruit and vanilla, leading to a pleasant and long finish of toasted hazelnut.
IGP Sebino Solicano
Plus
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay aged in wooden barrels. A still white wine that stands out in the land of sparkling wines, a gem in the Franciacorta region.
